Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong understanding of travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain schedules, procedures, and reports to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to staff, promoting productivity and quality improvement.
- Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Manage the requisition and maintenance of materials and supplies.
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
