Program Overview

The 5-phase program is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, enabling you to learn every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics - Learn products, sales support, and customer service
  • Phase 2: Operations - Involve in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, and pricing controls
  • Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management - Manage large-scale projects and customer issues
  • Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management - Find new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships
