Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our business operations, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and beyond.

Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the products we sell, their supply chain, and sales support mechanisms.

Phase 2 - Operations

  • Participate in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, financial statement analysis, and more.

Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Evolve from assisting customers with product and service issues to managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Learn to identify new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5

  • Utilize your training to determine your ideal career path within EMCO Corporation.
