Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Operations team, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of fund accountants, mentoring, and supporting their development. You'll provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of fund accountants and provide guidance on fund accounting services.
- Review and prepare fund accounting reports, including NAV, accruals, and security pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery of fund accounting services.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance fund accounting services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- University degree or professional designation (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA).
- At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of private equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
- Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching/mentoring.
