Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Operations department, you will be responsible for supervising a team of fund accountants, providing fund accounting services to private equity clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise a team of fund accountants and provide guidance on fund accounting procedures
• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation, accruals, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations
• Review and prepare pricing of portfolios, ensuring all holdings are priced in accordance with applicable fund documents and valuation policies
• Review and prepare capital call and distribution calculations and allocations
• Review and prepare fee schedules, including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents
• Review and prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly
• Review and prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients to ensure all deliverables and requests are met
• Review and prepare audited Financial Statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services as applicable
• Review client Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), PPMs, and other materials to ensure service levels are in line with such legal documents

Requirements
• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc. will be considered an asset
• At least 3 years of experience in a Fund Administration role with at least 2 of those working in a Private Equity role
• Experience in working on a Private Equity accounting system, preferably Investran
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations
• Experience in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM's
• Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching/mentoring
