Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at MEHFIL BAR AND GRILL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
