Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Future CPA Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as calculating payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation, as well as preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Familiarity with scanners and other office equipment.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language: English

Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
