About the Role

As a Business Banking Solutions Expert at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This exciting opportunity requires a passionate and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored banking solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

You will excel at:

  • Conducting needs discovery and solution development to deliver commercial clients with expert advice for their day-to-day banking operations
  • Partnering with Relationship Managers to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client's operational requirements
  • Participating in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by staying in touch, providing value-added service and meaningful advice
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
