About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Advice
    • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients on investment, borrowing, and day-to-day banking solutions.
    • Develop and implement personalized financial strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch business and increase sales revenue.

Requirements

  • Education and Certifications
    • Mutual Funds licence
    • CIFP Diploma
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
