Food Service Manager

Join our team at Taste of Seoul as a Food Service Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
