Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine hospitality to our guests by delivering quality food and beverages in an efficient and consistent manner.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all Nova Hotels standards, including Hygiene, Health and Safety, and Guest Interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Must be able to legally work in Canada.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Valid ProServe Certification.
  • Previous Food and Beverage serving experience required.
  • No formal education required.

Working Conditions

This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
