Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Highway Host Curry House.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
