We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at G MARKET LTD. as a key member of our retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Determine the types and quantities of merchandise to be sold, ensuring that inventory levels are optimal and that stock is rotated regularly.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, including in-store promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Education: College or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
