Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 13810178 CANADA INC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including assigning duties and tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order materials and stock, and ensure that all products are properly stored and displayed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including scheduling staff, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including processing transactions, managing cash and credit sales, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet applications.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
- Duration: Permanent position.
