Position Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:


  • Actively managing the day-to-day onsite operations of your project
  • Using your planning skills to map out the work ahead, organize the delivery of materials, and strategize the work of onsite subcontractors
  • Staying on top of your project by completing your daily logs and capturing critical items such as work being completed and onsite progress photos
  • Ensuring site safety meets Lindsay Construction policy and legislated requirements
  • Preserving client satisfaction through regular communication and timely responses to inquiries
  • Providing leadership to the project team on all aspects of the project
  • Working cooperatively with other project team members, trades workers, and subcontractors


Job Requirements

We're looking for someone with:


  • 5 years or more in a field supervisory role of medium-sized commercial construction projects
  • Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work with Lindsay Construction trades employees and subcontractors
  • Able to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholders
  • Experience with design-build, tilt-up, and wood framing is an asset
  • Journeyman's classification in a skilled trade is an asset
  • Must have a valid driver's license
