As a key member of our Internal Strategy department, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of internal strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in fields such as Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution, including the ability to lead and manage projects.
  • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Proficient in strategic tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, or similar.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
