Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor - Team Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving sales growth.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members. You should have prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a timely manner. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop a team of 5-10 staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, ensuring efficient inventory management practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

At Tim Hortons, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
