Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Maples Physiotherapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of managing cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise staff in financial procedures and policies
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial operations
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
