At Foodies On Board, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing customer service. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, as well as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, performing data entry, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. If you have a strong attention to detail, are able to multitask, and are organized, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Work Setting

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be working in a catering firm, where you will be responsible for supporting the team in a variety of administrative tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will also need to be fluent in English, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
