As a Public Relations Specialist at Fresh Form Draft, you will be responsible for effectively managing both internal and external communications for our company. This role involves drafting and disseminating key information, handling media inquiries, coordinating communication efforts across teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's image and engaging various stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling communications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Media Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets, responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews or statements on behalf of the company.
  • Internal Communication: Develop and distribute internal communications to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Public Relations Support: Assist in crafting strategies to build and enhance the public image of the company.
  • Crisis Communication: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination during critical situations.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels to maintain a strong online presence, including content planning, community management, and engagement tracking.
  • Event Support: Assist in the coordination and communication of company events, both internal and external.
