Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at The Richmond Academy of Dance Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
- Benefits and Compensation: Assist with benefits administration, including processing benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
