In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder looking to take their skills to the next level. In this role, you will have the chance to work with various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) and collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Perform high-quality welding operations using various techniques to meet client requirements.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship with a focus on metal fabrication.
  • Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting with a proven track record of quality work.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
