Job Overview

The Events Operator Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of catering and premium services operations. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee daily work assignments, train staff, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, and customer service
  • Set up work areas according to client requests and Aramark standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including replenishment of products and supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guests' needs and preferences
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure the security of company assets and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role is preferred
  • Previous experience as a server or in a food service role is required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures is required
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
