Events Operations Manager

The Events Operator Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of catering and premium services operations. This position requires a high level of expertise in scheduling, task delegation, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily work schedules for premium services operations
- Oversee the completion of tasks within catering, restaurant, or suites environments
- Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, food safety, and customer service
- Set up work areas according to guest/client requests and Aramark standards
- Maintain service areas, including replenishment of products and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guests' needs
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation
- Ensure the security of company assets
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role is preferred
- Previous experience as a server or in a food service role is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
