Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our Edmonton location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts receiving and returns, maintaining a well-organized parts room, and ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles through all stages of repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, with a focus on continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Support Management: Align shop operations with The Craftsman Way (TCW) and use the company dashboard to accurately identify and prioritize tasks.
  • Daily Production Meetings: Actively participate in daily production meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Parts Receiving: Receive and mirror-match parts to ensure accuracy in support of the repair plan.
  • Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers.
  • Parts Management: Use the Craftsman Management System to enter parts and sublet invoices, confirm margins, and maintain and organize parts carts, staging areas, and the parts room.
  • Returns: Ensure returns are completed prior to file closure.
  • Compliance: Work with the Shop Manager to ensure compliance with provincial and national regulatory standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills; diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment skills; strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented attitude; proficiency in Outlook and willingness to learn new applications.
Salary and Benefits
