Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily sales operations and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
