We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health & Benefits Consultant II to lead consulting engagements with employers regarding their medical, dental, life, disability benefit plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placement, benchmarking and other studies.
- Develop benefits design and renewal strategies and drive the development of tools and solutions to address client issues.
