Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our EDI strategy, ensuring a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual EDI programming and events that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to activate and amplify EDI externally and throughout our offices.
  • Develop and implement EDI strategy, best practices, and metrics to measure firm progress.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Recruitment to build EDI brand, outreach, and visibility aligned to our national EDI, People & Culture strategy.
  • Oversee general EDI and culture communications, including reviewing and updating related content in newsletters and intranet.
  • Partner with Talent and HR teams to embed EDI in their talent processes.
  • Contribute to and participate in relevant committees across the firm to embed EDI at the earliest stages of planning.
  • Oversee external partnerships related to EDI.

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing HR or EDI strategy within Legal or any other Professional Services environment.
  • Experience in leading and developing communications and employee engagement initiatives, ideally in EDI.
  • Experience in analyzing data and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in providing advice or coaching in EDI and/or HR.
  • Strong experience in communications, including writing and delivering reports and presentations.
  • Strong ability to work with and collaborate with leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set own priorities while maintaining flexibility.
