Warehouse Coordinator

Under the supervision of the shipping supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing orders of metal storage products to be shipped using an electronic scanner and a motorized pallet jack.
The person will join the day or evening team.
The day shift is from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.
The evening shift is from Monday to Thursday from 2:30pm to 1am.

More concretely, your role and responsibilities will include:
- Reading order forms;
- Assembling orders on pallets;
- Counting merchandise to ensure the order is accurate;
- Using a forklift or motorized pallet jack;
- Assisting colleagues in preparing and assembling orders;
- Ensuring that pallets are properly assembled and packaged with necessary protection;
- Performing any other related tasks associated with the position.
The required skills to take on the challenge:
- Experience in operating a forklift (preferably while standing);
- Ability to use a measuring tape (imperial system) correctly;
- Experience in a warehouse as a clerk or order preparation specialist;
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs or 23 kg;
- Proven autonomy;
- Organizational and resourceful skills;
- A valid driver's license is an asset.
