Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Supervise Warehouse Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 electrical mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all inventory is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Manage Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Procure and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience

As a Warehouse Foreman/Woman, you will be working in a private sector environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
