Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BC0001 Premium Autogroup Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant - Support Role. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages in a timely manner.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Participation in government or community programs that support newcomers, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Language and Work Environment:
- Language of work: English.
- Work hours: 40 hours per week.
