Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store and Gas Station. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
