Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Primary Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate patient care and working as a member of an interprofessional team.

Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments, plan, and implement care for patients
• Administer medications according to pharmaceutical and organizational policies
• Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to provide comprehensive care
• Establish and maintain rapport with patients and their families
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses with one (1) year of recent, related experience
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
• Current, valid BC Driver's License
