Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

NA Freight Forwarding Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records through scheduled and on-demand cycle counts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit inventory records for accuracy and develop strategies to improve the cycle count system.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, submitting accurate reports and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in updating dimensions and weights for all materials in our database.
  • Operate wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Drive material handling equipment and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory cycle count and inventory control in a 3PL environment.
  • Working knowledge of inventory programs and MS Office.
  • 2+ years of experience operating forklifts with a valid license.
  • Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry is an asset.
  • Exposure to ISO standards is also an asset.
