Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing cycle counts, auditing inventory records, and implementing corrective actions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, submitting accurate reports and implementing corrective actions
  • Assist in determining root causes of inventory discrepancies and develop solutions to prevent future errors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in updating inventory records and database information
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and follow all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office
  • Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
