Job Summary

EAGLE SHUNT SERVICE LTD. is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role involves implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring their effective implementation. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise 5-10 employees and provide guidance on administrative tasks.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions: Work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Transportation company.
