Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. - Operational Management
- Assume responsibility for the development of protocols and service agreements with community partners.
- Participate in planning, budgeting, and service delivery development.
- Quality Assurance
- Develop clinical and operational policies, procedures, and processes for services.
- Participate in the screening, interviews, and selection of staff.
- Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of staff, including performance management.
- Education
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a clinical leadership role and/or direct front-line clinical work.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the children's mental health sector with particular emphasis on the provision of clinical treatment of children, youth, and families.
- Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of methods of intervention, assessment, counseling, support, and training to promote community, family, and individual development and well-being.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with youths who have complex mental health needs.
- Knowledge of the Personal Health Information Protection Act, Mental Health Act, Child and Family Services Act, and Health Care Consent Act.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence-informed practices and quality assurance processes with a demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
