Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager, International Recruitment to drive our international student enrolment initiatives. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing recruitment strategies in regional markets to meet and surpass enrolment targets.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 3-year degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field. At least five years of experience in international student recruitment is required, with a demonstrated ability to meet substantial enrolment targets.
The ideal candidate will have advanced understanding of international recruitment tactics and proven strategic planning capabilities. Extensive knowledge of regulatory and legislative frameworks affecting international students in Canada is essential.
