Overview

AFS Trans Co seeks an organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to join their team.

Job Summary

The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, ordering office supplies, arranging travel, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant parties.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work on-site at the physical location with no option for remote work.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range between $30,000 - $40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
