About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at A4S IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, and relay information as needed.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as required.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, send invoices, and calculate billing charges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
