Insurance Sales Agent Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Travis Cairns Desjardins Insurance. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Offer information and guidance on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other insurance products.
Requirements:
  • Provincial or territorial licence to practice as an insurance agent.
  • Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Client-focused and organized, with a strong work ethic.
