About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Years Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early years programs that promote child development and family well-being.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, caregivers, and community partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training and professional development opportunities for early childhood educators.
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to families to promote healthy child development and family well-being.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community agencies and organizations to enhance program services and reach.
Requirements
  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in early years program development and delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
