Early Years Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Program Coordinator to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As a key member of our EarlyON Child and Family Centres, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality early years programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach to program delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and YMCA policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the work of the YMCA of Three Rivers.
Requirements:
  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in early years program development and delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
