Job Title: Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that supports the learning and development of young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality early years programs and services that promote child development and family well-being
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to support their role as their children's first teachers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and responsive approach to early years education
  • Uphold health and safety standards in the EarlyON environment
  • Respond to parents' and caregivers' questions and concerns about child development
Requirements:
  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or actively enrolled in a Bachelor of Early Learning Program or Early Childhood Education program
  • Knowledge and expertise in child development and play-based learning
  • Experience creating environments that nurture relationships for children, parents, and caregivers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
