Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Famoso Italian Pizzeria is seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to optimize profitability
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work on site, with no option to work remotely
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliability
