Job Summary

As a Supervisor at Savers, you'll play a critical role in driving business results and empowering your team members. You'll make important decisions that impact store success every day and continuously develop and empower your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front End Supervision: Lead and motivate front-end teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Production Supervision: Oversee production operations to ensure efficient processing and quality control of donated items.
  • Community Donation Supervision: Manage community donation programs to maintain strong relationships with donors and maximize store inventory.
