About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations Management: Ensure the store meets all operational, sales, and merchandising goals by following up on tasks and monitoring areas of improvement.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales associates to achieve corporate and divisional objectives.
  • Patient Care and Customer Service: Model Luxottica's commitment to providing NECE (nothing should ever be expected) and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personal interactions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience in an equivalent retail-like environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills for effective management of teams.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress towards goals.
Compensation and Benefits

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
