Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and coordinating office services.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and multitask.
