Job Title: Mechanic Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Repairer to join our team at WJ Groundwater Canada Ltd. As a Mechanic Repairer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, including drilling rigs and water well drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair heavy equipment, including drilling rigs and water well drilling equipment
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance work on water well drilling rigs and equipment
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in heavy equipment maintenance technology/technician
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and First Aid Certificate
