**Job Overview**

The Lead Design Delivery Strategist will play a pivotal role in the Design Operations team within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Solutions division at Autodesk. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, incorporating input from various teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, design teams, and external partners to establish clear goals, priorities, and timelines for each project.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Analyze project metrics, providing actionable insights to inform future project planning and optimize resource allocation.

**Salary Range:** $145,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

**What You'll Need**

To succeed as our ideal candidate, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in design operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as Autodesk's design software suite.
